Rekrytointialan yrityksenä saamme huomattavan määrän avoimia hakemuksia kuukausittain. Kiinnitäthän siis huomiota huolelliseen hakemuksen tekemiseen ja hakemuskirjeen kirjoittamiseen, jotta osaamme parhaiten arvioida miten osaamisesi ja meidän/asiakkaidemme tarpeet kohtaavat!
Ansioluettelossa/CV:ssä huomion arvioisia seikkoja:
- Uusin työkokemus ensin
- Avaa työkokemuksien tehtävänkuva selkeästi
- Kerro myös kuinka paljon tunteja olet tehnyt viikossa/kuukaudessa tai onko työ ollut kokoaikainen
- Kerro koulutustaustasi sekä valmistumisvuotesi
- Kirjoitathan myös lisäksi hakemuskirjeen
